The Role & The Challenge We are looking for seasoned Senior .NET Developers who thrive in complex engineering environments, enjoy solving challenging technical problems, and take ownership of the software they build. Reliability and quality are fundamental to our platform, so we're seeking product-minded engineers with proven experience in cloud-native distributed systems and a strong sense of ownership throughout the software development lifecycle. In this role, you'll be expected to contribute to architectural decisions, clearly articulate the trade-offs behind your technical choices, and take features from business refinement through implementation, deployment, and production monitoring. You'll work with modern engineering practices to build decoupled, maintainable systems that scale reliably in production. Your role goes beyond writing C# code. You are expected to own the delivery pipeline end to end: Refinement: Challenge ambiguous business requirements, analyze acceptance criteria, and ensure technical feasibility. Architecture: Design decoupled, scalable solutions using Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) patterns. Execution: Write highly concurrent, thread-safe applications using .NET 8 or later, with a strong preference for composition over inheritance. Verification: Treat Test-Driven Development (TDD) as an essential engineer
