The Role We're looking for a NetSuite Solution Architect to design and lead ERP implementations across our network of 90+ companies. You'll own the technical architecture for how we deploy NetSuite, make design decisions that affect multiple companies, unblock complex technical problems, and establish standards so implementations scale consistently. This is an individual contributor role. You'll work directly with implementation partners and company finance teams, do solution design presentations, troubleshoot technical issues, and influence how we approach NetSuite across the network. You're hands-on, not managing others. You'll have significant technical influence and decision authority. As we grow, you'll build and lead a small team. We're looking for someone who can handle the immediate hands-on architecture work while growing into leadership of this function. Context: We're running multiple NetSuite implementations and considering our long-term platform strategy. About two-thirds of our network is still on QuickBooks Online, and we evaluate financial-systems decisions strategically. You'll help define how NetSuite fits into our broader technology roadmap. Responsibilities NetSuite Architecture & Technical Strategy: Define the technical architecture for NetSuite deployments. Make strategic decisions about single-instance vs. multi-instance, data integration, reporting, and customization boundaries. Document architecture decisions and evolve them as you learn.
