As an Network Automation Engineer the person is expected to participate as a mid to senior team member on technical projects. The person is expected to have deep experience and knowledge in their area of expertise with around 8 years of experience in the field. Onsite attendance is required during the first week. Thereafter, candidates should be willing to attend onsite quarterly (one day per quarter or consolidated multi-day visits). Responsibilities Develop and maintain Python applications that connect to network devices and collect configuration and operational data, make changes, or a combination of both. Host web applications on Linux servers and be responsible for maintaining service uptime Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing around automation tooling and best practices. Supports projects as a mid-to-senior team member with direction from a project lead and complies with the BlueAlly quality of delivering services May be part of a bigger delivery team and lead specific areas of a project related to the person’s expertise Provide engineering support and technical expertise across multiple projects aligned with client needs.
