Position Overview: The Non-QM Income Scenario Specialist (Wholesale) is responsible for providing income calculations and reviews for loans prior to underwriter review. The Non-QM Income Scenario Specialist takes initiative and works with others to meet turn times and maintains customer satisfaction, while providing accurate income calculations for all specified loan types and products. This position interprets investor guidelines and applies them to the method being used to calculate income for specified investor(s). The Non-QM Income Scenario Specialist articulates these guidelines and provides explanation of the calculations and methods to all applicable parties. Job Responsibilities: Perform daily loan support for company employees via a ticketing system, inbound phone calls, email, and in person for underwriting/loan scenario-based questions and communication.
