It’s Australian office, based in Port Melbourne CBD, acts as the primary supply and support facility for the Australian and New Zealand territories. How will you make a difference? The Customer Fulfilment role is a diverse position combining customer service, order processing, commercial administration and general office coordination within a small and collaborative team. The role supports the day-to-day operation of the business through customer engagement, documentation management, travel and event coordination, financial administration and general business support. While also acting as a professional first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders, the primary focus of the role is ensuring efficient business operations and delivering a high level of support to both customers and internal teams. Take full ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring they are completed accurately, efficiently, and within required timeframes, with proactive follow-through.
