It’s Australian office, based in Port Melbourne CBD, acts as the primary supply and support facility for the Australian and New Zealand territories. How will you make a difference? Our role acts as a professional first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders, the primary focus of the role is ensuring efficient business operations and delivering a high level of support to both customers and internal teams, including reception and office administration duties. There are also aspects of customer service, order processing, commercial administration and general office coordination within a small and collaborative team. The role supports the day-to-day operation of the business through customer engagement, documentation management, travel and event coordination, financial administration and general business support.
