This role is ideal for someone with extensiveexperience preparing high-quality bids and tenders for architectural, design,project management, and professional consulting services—not just constructionprojects. Youwill play a critical role in developing compelling tender responses thatclearly demonstrate our capabilities, experience, and competitive advantage.Working closely with senior leaders and technical experts, you'll producepersuasive submissions that meet Australian government and private sectorprocurement requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare high-quality bid and tender submissions for architectural, design, project management, advisory, and consultancy services. Collaborate with senior architects, project managers, and subject matter experts to gather relevant project information and personnel experience. Write clear, tailored, and persuasive responses that address tender evaluation criteria. Develop compelling executive summaries, methodologies, value propositions, and capability statements. Review tender documentation to identify key requirements, compliance obligations, risks, and differentiators.
