The Role We're looking for a Data Center Facilities Operations leader to build and lead the facilities operations function across our data centers. This is a rare greenfield opportunity — you'll hire and develop the team, establish the processes, and set the standard for how we operate and maintain our critical infrastructure from the ground up. You'll sit within our Data Center organization alongside Construction and Design Engineering, and report directly to senior leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership and long-term impact. What You'll Do Build, hire, and lead a team of facilities technicians and engineers responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems (UPS, generators, chillers, HVAC, electrical distribution) Develop and implement all operational procedures — SOPs, MOPs, EOPs — and establish the standards we'll scale globally Own site reliability and uptime; lead incident response, root-cause analyses, and post-incident reviews Define and track KPIs across safety, availability, and operational efficiency; report findings to senior leadership Partner with Construction and Design Engineering on commissioning of new sites and infrastructure projects Ma
