You will report directly to senior leadership and become the person they trust to make sure what was agreed actually happens. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day operational workflows, keeping tasks, owners and deadlines visible and on track Maintain and improve SOPs so processes survive busy weeks and new team members Track projects across departments, chasing actions and flagging risks early Manage operational data and reporting, keeping systems accurate and up to date Support scheduling, supplier coordination and internal communications Identify recurring bottlenecks and propose practical fixes, not just workarounds What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day Your day starts with a clear view of what is due, what is stuck and what needs a nudge. You will update trackers, chase outstanding actions with polite persistence, prepare status summaries for leadership, and keep shared systems clean and reliable. When something unexpected lands, and it will, you triage it calmly: who needs to know, what needs to happen, and what must not be dropped in the meantime.
