This role focuses on structured process monitoring, reporting support, and ensuring operational consistency under the guidance of operations leadership. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include, but not be limited to: Track and monitor operational KPIs to ensure teams are meeting performance expectations and service standards. Coordinate cross-functional tasks and follow up on deliverables to maintain alignment between departments.
