Position Overview Responsible for sourcing, vetting, and managing relationships with motor carriers (trucking companies) to transport freight, while simultaneously resolving operational, billing, or service issues. This role combines high-level negotiation for spot and contract freight with real-time, hands-on troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Carrier Procurement & Sourcing: Identifying, vetting, and onboarding new motor carriers to support capacity needs, often using transportation management systems (TMS).
