Local or 100% Remote About the role Join our growing Customer Operations team, where you will play a pivotal role in managing high-volume pipelines and ensuring seamless document processing. You will act as the bridge between all of our operations teams, vendors, and homeowners, while maintaining strict compliance standards while delivering exceptional service. We are looking for a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their skills in real estate and insurance processing. Your responsibilities Place orders for diverse documentation, including title, appraisal, and insurance. Pre-screen and upload incoming documents to maintain pipeline accuracy. Manage professional communication with vendors and customers to facilitate timely processing. Analyze pending reports to forecast volume and manage workflow capacity. Escalate workflow bottlenecks and processing delays to senior leadership. Engage with clients proactively to resolve document delays and retrieve outstanding item
