POSITION SUMMARY: Full-time position (40-hour workweek expected). Coordinate and manage project schedules, deliverables, documentation, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely execution and successful project completion. Support operational programs by maintaining training materials, orientation resources, clinical competency documentation, and compliance tracking. Generate and analyze operational reports from multiple systems to provide leadership with actionable insights and support organizational decision-making. Serve as the primary liaison for patient advocacy initiatives by coordinating feedback, resolving concerns, and partnering with site leadership to improve the patient experience. Manage administrative operations including meeting coordination, project documentation, mobile device deployment, and operational support across multiple initiatives.
