About Vector Health Vector Health AI is an automated financial assistance platform built for rural hospitals. Most critical access and rural community hospitals have thousands of patients who qualify for funding they never receive: nonprofit grants, patient assistance programs, free drug programs, copay assistance, state and federal benefits. They never receive it because hospital staff don't have the time or systems to find it. We integrate directly with a hospital's EHR, screen every self-pay and balance-after-insurance account against 2,000+ funding sources, submit claims, and recover dollars directly from nonprofits and foundations, with zero IT lift and no burden on hospital staff. We're paid a share of what we recover, so hospitals only pay when we deliver. We serve critical access hospitals, rural community hospitals, and multi-site rural health systems across the country, and we're growing fast. The Role We're hiring an Operations Manager to work directly alongside our Head of Operations and take real weight off her plate. Vector Health's product already automates most of the repetitive work that creates value for our customers: screening accounts, submitting claims, tracking cases. What's left is the interesting part. The account that needs real judgment. The process that's breaking in a way automation hasn't caught up to yet. The patient case that needs someone to actually dig in and get creative about how to help. We're looking for someone who hustles to make sure the product actually delivers value to customers. If a task doesn't get automated yet, you pick it up and decide how it will be automated moving forward. The same instinct applies to onboarding: you drive it, and you're always asking how it gets better, because the real goal is getting hospitals to value as quickly as possible.
