Learn more at www.averydennison.com Job Summary: An analytical and detail-oriented Operations MIS (Management Information Systems) Analyst to join our dynamic Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting operational data. You will play a crucial role in creating dashboards, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and providing actionable insights to leadership to drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational dashboards. · Extract, transform, and analyze data from various operational systems and databases. · Track and analyze key operational metrics, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for process optimization. · Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and reporting systems. · Automate recurring reporting processes using advanced Excel functions, VBA/Macros, or basic scripting to improve efficiency. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Finance) to understand data needs and resolve data-related issues. · Prepare business presentations and executive summaries highlighting operational performance. · Assist in the implementation and testing of new operational software or database upgrades.
