Position Overview: We are seeking an innovative Optichannel Associate with 0-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare agency environments. This role will own day-to-day optichannel program execution, lead cross-functional coordination, and ensure high-quality client deliverables across HCP, patient, and clinical trial recruitment campaigns. The Optichannel Associate will report to the Optichannel Engagement Manager and will serve as a key partner to both internal teams and external clients. Key Responsibilities Act as primary day-to-day project lead for assigned accounts, managing timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal teams and external stakeholders. Maintain and deepen client relationships by driving agendas for client-facing and MLR/PRC meetings, capturing action items, proactively identifying risks and dependencies, and ensuring follow-through. Serve as a central liaison between PharmaForceIQ and vendors/partners, overseeing asset tagging, asset trafficking, and delivery, and resolving issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
