You Are: Oracle Cloud General Ledger Functional Lead The Work As the Oracle Cloud General Ledger Functional Lead , you will serve as the chief architect and strategic owner of the Record‑to‑Report (R2R) process. You will design the financial core of the enterprise—from the Chart of Accounts (COA) and Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules to consolidated financial reporting. In this senior leadership role, you will guide accounting executives, lead a team of consultants, and ensure the functional integrity, auditability, and compliance of the General Ledger. You will also own solution governance, testing strategy, and the end‑to‑end delivery of GL and subledger functionality across Oracle Cloud Financials. Key Responsibilities Own and architect the complete R2R solution, including COA structure, SLA rules, close process design, and financial reporting strategy Lead, mentor, and govern the work of functional consultants; establish GL and subledger best practices and quality standards Facilitate strategic design sessions with senior accounting leaders (Controller, CFO) and advise on complex COA, reporting, and close‑process decisions Partner with the Project Manager to own the R2R functional workstr
