The Work: In this role, you will take ownership of designing and configuring the Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management module to meet the unique needs of federal government clients. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing client requirements, identifying any gaps between current system capabilities and business objectives, and translating these findings into actionable solutions. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), developing detailed test conditions and scenarios, and configuring the Oracle Core HCM module to ensure it aligns with client expectations. You will also execute unit testing to validate your configurations and serve as the primary point contact between the client and the development team, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
