The Role R-Cubed Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Principal to serve as a senior technical and strategic leader within our Oracle EPM Practice. This individual will own client relationships at the executive level, lead complex Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM Cloud) implementations, and mentor a growing team of EPM consultants. The ideal candidate combines deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle EPM with consulting maturity to advise CFOs, controllers, and finance transformation leaders on strategy, design, and change management. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations, including Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (Planning) and all Planning Modules, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM), FreeForm (Essbase) and Enterprise Data Management (EDM/DRM). Serve as the primary client-facing leader on engagements, building trusted advisor relationships with CFOs, VPs of FP&A, and other senior finance executives.
