This role partners with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure data integrity, optimize business processes, deliver workforce reporting and analytics, resolve complex HRIS issues, and drive system adoption through functional leadership and training. Initially an individual contributor, the position provides strategic leadership with the opportunity to expand into people management as the function evolves. Essential Functions: Develops, implements, and modifies software and hardware requirements based on business requirements. Manages mass imports into HRIS system Manages system configuration Develops and maintains security roles and access for all HRIS systems Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met. Coordinates and responds to annual Internal security Audits Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Manages and helps maintain custom tables for all interfaces Ensures accurate documentation process manuals are designed and updated for all HRIS processes. Develops user friendly procedures, guidel
