We are looking for an experienced Session Border Controller (SBC) Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise SBC infrastructure and SIP-based voice solutions across complex, multi-site environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SIP signaling, SBC platforms, carrier integrations, VoIP technologies, and network engineering to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available unified communications and contact center solutions. Responsibilities Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise Session Border Controllers (Oracle). Design SIP trunking, call routing strategies, dial plans, and carrier interconnections for enterprise voice environments. Integrate SBCs with collaboration and contact center platforms such as Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, Genesys, Amazon Connect, and other UC/CC platforms. Configure and support TLS, SRTP, topology hiding, SIP normalization, SIP REFER, PRACK, early offer, and high availability deployments. Design and optimize QoS policies for real-time voice traffic across WAN/LAN environments, including DSCP
