You Are: As an Oracle Solution Architect, you will take ownership of the end‑to‑end design, integration, and technical direction of complex IT solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and federal standards. You will lead system architecture development, guide technology selection, and oversee the creation of solution design documents. Collaboration with stakeholders is central to this role, translating business needs into technical specifications, managing system interfaces, and ensuring all solution components are scalable, secure, and compliant. You will support requirements analysis, conduct fit-gap assessments, and develop configuration management plans to maintain seamless execution. Success in this role requires extensive experience with cloud-based architectures, enterprise integration, and federal compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and NIST 800‑53. Experience with risk assessments, design reviews, migration planning, troubleshooting complex issues, and developing technical documentation will strengthen your effectiveness.
