You Are: The Oracle Technical Lead / Environment Senior Manager oversees the technical architecture, environment strategy, integrations, release management, and operational stability of Oracle Cloud ERP (or Oracle E‑Business Suite) environments. This role ensures reliable, secure, and scalable environments across development, test, staging, training, and production. As a hands‑on technical leader, the individual directs cross‑module technical activities, manages environment refresh cycles, oversees integrations, and supports developers through established DevOps and change‑management processes. The Work: Own the end‑to‑end environment landscape, including provisioning, refresh strategy, cloning cycles, patching, configuration management, and lifecycle planning Coordinate environment scheduling with functional teams to support SIT, UAT, training, parallel testing, and production go‑live cycles. Manage environment access controls, service accounts, environment‑specific configurations, and audit requirements Serve as the primary technical authority for Oracle ERP architecture, integrations, performance optimization, and custom solution governance Guide technical developers, integration speciali
