Here, you'll help shape how a federal customer adopts new cloud capabilities, working alongside a dedicated OCM Lead and Program Management team. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a OCM Specialist, you'll support a multi-year federal cloud transformation program modernizing infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and future cloud environments. You will play a hands-on role executing OCM activities under the direction of the program's OCM Lead, including: Supporting execution of the OCM strategy and stakeholder engagement plan for a federal cloud migration program. Developing and distributing change communications, FAQs, and readiness materials for business and technical stakeholders. Assisting with organizational readiness assessments and stakeholder impact analyses across program phases (Assessment, Migration Planning, Migration, Transition). Supporting the design and delivery of training materials and adoption resources tied to new cloud tools and processes. Tracking adoption metrics and change readiness indicators, and reporting progress to the OCM Lead and Program Manager. Coordinating knowledge transfer activities between technical cloud teams and end-user business groups. Helping identify pockets of resistance or low engagement and escalating mitigation approaches to program leadership. Supporting town halls, briefings, and stakeholder sessions as needed throughout the program lifecycle. WHAT
