We are focused on creating value where IT counts, join us! Responsibilities: Review, and update SDLC documentation for automation systems (RS, SDS, HDS, Protocols, etc.). Disaster Recovery Planning and testing for OT systems. Join the daily support Rota for the support services department. Out of hours On-call Application Support when required. Periodic reporting of tasks complete and support provided. Drive improvements and innovations across shopfloor applications engaging with Client teams on a regular basis. Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Manufacturing Execution System operational support, maintenance and monitoring. First line support for end users and technical service departments. Periodic performance review in line with the defined system procedures. Recipe updates. Assist in project implementations and provide operational feedback to project teams. Act as coordinator site representative in hardware or application vendor/supplier support. Data Historian Data historian operational support, maintenance and monitoring. First line support for end users and technical service departments. Periodic performance review in line with the defined system procedures. Troubleshooting of data acquisition interfaces
