We are actively seeking our next multi-client Controller for our Enterprise Accounting Delivery team, a seasoned accounting leader who serves as the outsourced finance lead for a portfolio of high-growth, investor-backed US businesses — owning financial reporting, compliance, audits, and accounting operations while leading and developing a team of accounting professionals. This position is available for individuals based in India seeking 40 hours of work per week, allowing you to balance other important parts of your life with an exciting, fulfilling career. Minimum 10 years of overall accounting and finance experience with at least 3 years in a Controller role at a US-based public accounting firm Demonstrated experience supporting investor-backed (VC/PE) or high-growth businesses with > $5 Million annual revenue. Deep technical proficiency across US GAAP, financial reporting standards, and US compliance including payroll, sales & use tax, property tax, and business licenses — along with hands-on experience in NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online/Desktop, and Advanced Excel. Ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently without compromising quality — experience in a multi-client outsourced or CAS environment is strongly preferred. Experience managing, mentoring, and developing a team of accounting professionals, with the ability to delegate, review work, and hold team members accountable
