This industry is about to explode, and you'll be in the room where it's already happening. What You’ll Do As Paralegal , you’ll take full ownership of the NDA & intake process. You’ll drive NDAs to execution independently, without attorneys needing to be involved. You’ll maintain a centralized legal intake process — a single place where requests come in, get triaged, and get worked — and then hold the rest of the company accountable to using it. You’ll own the signature pipeline end to end: queuing documents, sending them out, and tracking them to completion. This is a highly autonomous role: you’ll be given the outcome we need and trusted to enforce the process to get there, adapting as priorities shift. This role starts as an individual contributor with real scope across every project at Giga, and there’s a clear path to take on bigger, more complex work as you prove out the process. Where you’ll work This role is remote. Travel is light — expect roughly 0–10%, mainly for occasional in-person team time.
