Position Summary As Coalfire 's Paralegal, Partnerships, Procurement, and Corporate Governance you will join the Legal & Compliance department and will be responsible for supporting the company's contract management, administration and negotiation process for partnership and procurement transactions, as well as providing corporate governance support. As a Paralegal you will assist in the defining and executing policy, templates, risk posture, negotiation guidelines, and processes related to contract administration, review and negotiation. In the paralegal role you will provide legal support to the teams dedicated to partnership and procurement contracts and will support the company's corporate governance functions, including entity management, board and committee processes, and corporate recordkeeping.
