N2’s Design team is seeking a talented part-time junior-level Publication Production Artist who possesses a keen eye for detail, strong layout experience, a willingness to learn our processes, and a collaborative, can-do attitude. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving creative team that produces high-quality publications every day. This is a fully remote position working 25 hours per week. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls for your convenience. The pay rate is $18 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement. The Role in Action Prepare accurate, high-quality working files for final design execution and publication production. Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while consistently meeting daily deadlines. Follow established N2 workflows, file setup standards, and brand guidelines to ensure quality and consistency. Collaborate with the Design team using a “We, Not Me” mindset to support shared goals and team success. Support publication preparation, competitor ad separations, and other production-focused design tasks for your assigned team. Provide reliable internal support by helping with repetitive tasks, smaller processes, and team needs as priorities shift.
