The PBM acts as a trusted advisor to partners, aligning HP ’s priorities with partner business goals to deliver mutual growth, and a seamless One HP experience across the full HP portfolio. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth, market share, and partner profitability across HP PC, Print Hardware, and HP Services offerings. Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned to partner objectives and HP priorities. Promote a One HP selling motion by helping partners identify, position, and attach complementary HP solutions, services, and lifecycle offerings to maximize customer value. Collaborate with HP specialists, category teams, services experts, and sales resources to increase partner adoption of key initiatives, programs, and growth opportunities. Drive attachment and penetration of HP Services, including device lifecycle services, managed solutions, support offerings, and other strategic services initiatives. Identify and accelerate new business opportunities through pipeline development, demand generation programs, and customer acquisition activities. Utilize data, analytics, and business reviews to uncover growth opportunities, improve performance, and drive accountability against agreed-upon objectives. Support partner enablement by ensuring awareness, readiness, and execution of HP programs, promotions, incentives, and strategic priorities. Foster executive-level relationships with partner leadership and key stakeholders to influence business outcomes and strengthen long-term partnerships.
