We're looking for a Partner Success Manager to champion the success of Kindbridge 's referral partners. You'll oversee onboarding, activation, and ongoing relationship management, ensuring our partners have the resources, tools, and support they need to build successful referral relationships with Kindbridge . What You'll Do Build Lasting Partner Relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of referral partners following the sales handoff Guide referral partners through onboarding, implementation, activation, and ongoing account management Build trusted, long-term business relationships that drive partner engagement and referral growth Conduct regular business reviews, identify opportunities for growth, and address challenges before they impact the partnership Create Exceptional Referral Experiences Design and continuously improve referral workflows that are simple, intuitive, and effective Partner with Marketing and IT to optimize referral pathways and enhance the overall partner experience Develop scalable onboarding processes that create a consistent experience for every new partner Create partner-facing resources including onboarding guides, referral materials, educational content, and training documentation Drive Growth Through Data Monitor referral activity, engagement, and conversion metrics to identify trends and opportunities Analyze partner performance and recommend strategies to increase referral engagement, conversion, and long-term growth Gather partner feedback and translate ins
