Overview: SOFTSWISS is hiring a Senior Partnership & Special Projects Manager to join our Marketing Team. We are looking for a senior, ownership-driven professional who will lead strategic partnerships and high-impact marketing initiatives that strengthen the SOFTSWISS brand globally. This role requires a unique combination of brand marketing expertise, exceptional stakeholder management, and strong project management skills to drive complex cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution. Purpose of the role: You will own the development and execution of strategic partnerships and special marketing projects that increase SOFTSWISS brand visibility across global markets. Working with world-class industry figures, premium brands, and key external stakeholders, you will identify unique collaboration opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and ensure flawless execution of complex marketing initiatives. This role requires a high level of autonomy, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously while coordinating cross-functional teams.
