Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinical resources. Register new patients and update existing records accurately in the patient management system. Provide patients with necessary information regarding appointments, procedures, and clinic policies. Administrative Support: Maintain and organize patient files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. Process referrals, medical reports, and correspondence in a timely and accurate manner. Liaise with clinical staff to coordinate patient flow and support service delivery.
