This role involves managing patient appointments, maintaining accurate records, supporting clinical staff, and delivering excellent customer service to patients and their families. Responsibilities: Patient Coordination: Greet and assist patients in person, by phone, or via email in a professional and courteous manner. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinical resources. Register new patients and update existing records accurately in the patient management system. Provide patients with necessary information regarding appointments, procedures, and clinic policies.
