About This Job We are seeking a tech-forward Payments Compliance Analyst to execute and optimize our compliance operations. This role handles core merchant underwriting, annual reviews, administrative modifications, and BSA/AML alert investigations with a focus on speed, accuracy, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do… Merchant Underwriting: Conduct due diligence. Identify ways to automate and accelerate the onboarding flow. Annual Merchant Reviews: Perform annual compliance reviews and handle merchant outreach. Iterate on tracking and communication methods to reduce manual effort. Administrative Modifications: Process bank account changes BSA/AML Case Disposition: Analyze BSA/AML alerts with an investigative mindset Customer Outreach: Maintain professional communications with Customers to resolve compliance issues Process Automation & Optimization: Audit daily routines to identify bottlenecks and repetitive tasks.
