Why This Role Matters As Rippling expands its global footprint, launching seamless payroll and expense products around the world depends directly on acquiring and maintaining key regulatory licenses. In this role, you won't just file paperwork, you'll serve as a core legal & compliance partner, helping us navigate complex international regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCA, MAS, FINTRAC, Central Bank of Ireland) and shaping how modern fintech compliance operates at scale. What You’ll Impact Drive Global Expansion: Assist with end-to-end license acquisition for e-money, payment institution, and lending authorizations across priority international jurisdictions. Manage Regulatory Operations: Oversee ongoing reporting, regulatory examinations, annual renewals, and filings across various global regulatory systems.
