Benevity is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Finance team. In this role, you will manage payroll operations, ensuring precise calculation of wages, taxes, and deductions. Working closely with the Senior Payroll Specialist and People Team, you will process payroll, update and maintain employee data, address payroll-related inquiries, and maintain regulatory compliance. As a global organization, Benevity employs individuals across Canada, the United States, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. What you’ll do: - Payroll Processing: Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all employees, including salary, bonuses, deductions, and leave balances. Involvement from the entry of data right to the release of funds to payroll processors. Work with the people team to ensure payroll changes are received as required and translated to timely deposits to employees - Compliance: Stay updated with changes in payroll-related laws and regulations. Ensure payroll operations are compliant with federal, state/provincial, and local requirements - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records for all employees - Prepare reports detailing payroll activities for management review - Issue Resolution: Serve as a professional point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries and issues.
