ROLE OVERVIEW The People & Culture Lead will support BioLabs ’ people strategy through a combination of operational HR, talent acquisition, employee experience, and administrative support for the European sites. This role works closely with the Director of People & Culture to enhance and coordinate employee programs, processes, and engagement initiatives while ensuring employees have the support and tools to thrive throughout their BioLabs career. This is a remote position based in Europe supporting employees in Germany, France, and the UK. RESPONSIBILITIES Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Support full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition activities Partner with hiring managers on recruitment needs and interview coordination Manage candidate experience, ATS administration, offers, background checks, and onboarding documentation Support internship, co-op, and campus recruiting programs Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, and employee transitions Support payroll, benefits, and work authorization administration Culture & Employee Experience Support employee engagement, culture, and people initiatives Promote BioLabs ’ values, mission,
