People & Culture Technology Analyst

Your New Role: System Administration & Optimization Administer, configure and maintain global HR technology platforms including HRIS, Learning, Performance Management and Compensation systems Develop system health, performance and data integrity across all P&C technology platforms Identify and implement system optimization opportunities to improve efficiency, user experience and data quality Manage system updates, releases and patches in coordination with vendors and the IT team Maintain system documentation including configuration guides, process maps and user manuals Integration & Data Management Support the administration and maintenance of system integrations across the HR technology landscape Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all connected platforms and the P&C Data Lake Perform regular data audits, cleansing and validation to maintain a single source of truth Support the management of data pipelines and automated data flows between systems Contribute to the ongoing development of the P&C data warehouse and analytics capability
