Reporting to Mélodie Moulin, you will collaborate closely with our People Leadership team and partners across Finance and the wider business to unlock the value of our people data. You'll transform raw data into strategic insights, build scalable analytics foundations, and craft the narratives that help leaders make informed, data-driven decisions. ➡️ What you’ll do Own the People analytics roadmap, define and govern the HR KPI framework, and prioritize initiatives by measurable business impact.
