About the Role The People Operations Manager reports to the Senior Director of People. This is a remote position. Regular attendance at a company office is not required, although there might be travel as needed for business needs. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building scalable HR processes while serving as a trusted partner to leaders and employees. You'll help oversee day-to-day People Operations functions—including HR operations, employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compliance, compensation administration, and benefits—helping create an exceptional employee experience across a growing, multi-state organization. What You'll Do HR Operations Manage all core HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HRIS administration, and PEO partnership. Ensure HR processes are efficient, scalable, compliant, and employee-focused. Maintain accurate employee data, reporting, and HR documentation. Identify opportunities to improve systems and streamline workflows. Employee Relations Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations matters. Coach managers through performance concerns, workplace issues, and difficult conversations.
