Pay Range: $44.15 - $66.25 The Government Programs - Performance Excellence Consultant Sr is responsible for managing the evaluation, planning, and implementation of initiatives and projects within Advocate Health’s Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovations (CMMI) Government Programs, inclusive of, but not limited to six Medicare Shared Savings Program Accountable Care Organizations (MSSP ACO), two Accountable Care Organization Realizing Equity, Access, and Community Health (ACO REACH), Bundled Payments for Care Improvement-Advanced (BPCI-Advanced), GUIDE Dementia Care Model, and any additional CMS/CMMI opportunities or programming. Responsible for leading interdisciplinary project teams which are strategically aligned to the business needs of Enterprise Population Health. Major Responsibilities Responsible for the deployment of multi-year improvement initiatives related to Advocate Health’s Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovations (CMMI) Government Programs.
