What You Will Own In this role, you will be responsible for: Case Evaluation: Review and assess the merits of clients’ Personal Injury claims by analyzing records, documents, and evidence to determine liability and potential value Legal Representation: Represent clients in Personal Injury matters, including filing claims, gathering evidence, representing a client’s legal position to the adverse insurer, preparing demand letters, negotiating potential settlements, and advocating for clients Legal Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to protect clients’ rights and interests.
