This contracted position, engaged through an external vendor, will be based in London and serve as the primary UK & EMEA operational resource supporting global break/fix activities, small-scale projects, and follow-the-sun support coverage in partnership with counterparts in the United States. The Analyst will provide operational and technical support for enterprise physical security systems across global regions, ensuring continuity of service, timely issue resolution, and coordination between EMEA and U.S.-based teams. This role will focus on troubleshooting, vendor coordination, system maintenance, and operational support activities while assisting with smaller regional projects and deployments.
