Physician Coding Operations Manager

Job Family: General Coding Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: Provide day to day oversight of Physician Multispecialty Coding teams Manage Physician Coding Projects Ensure workflows are properly documented and coding team is trained accordingly Prepare reports for leadership and client tracking toward metrics What You Will Need: CPC from AAPC 7+ years' experience in medical coding Experience managing large projects with 20+ coders Excellent written and oral communication skills Good organizational skills What Would Be Nice To Have: Multispecialty coding experience Multiple specialty credentials Experience working with Academic Medical Centers Experience with Physician Review and Education The annual salary range for this position is $85,000.00-$141,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
