Piping Engineer ( Fabrication)

Archirodon has been awarded a major Oil & Gas EPC project in UAE, and is currently building a team of experienced Piping Engineer, who will be based in our site Office. Review and interpret piping isometric drawings, P&IDs, GA drawings, specifications, and construction work packs. Plan, coordinate, and supervise piping fabrication activities in accordance with project requirements and schedules. Ensure fabrication activities comply with applicable codes and standards such as ASME B31.3, ASME Section IX, API, ASTM, and client specifications. Prepare and review fabrication work packages, material take-offs (MTO), and bills of materials (BOM). Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, Planning, and Construction teams to ensure smooth project execution. Supervise pipe cutting, fit-up, welding, spool fabrication, assembly, and dimensional inspection activities. Monitor fabrication progress and ensure timely completion of fabrication deliverables in line with project milestones. Ensure proper material identification, traceability, storage, preservation, and handling throughout fabrication activities. Review and resolve fabrication-related technical queries and construction issues. Ensure all welding activities are performed in accordance with approved WPS, PQR, and qualified welder requirements.
