We are currently seeking a Planner to join the construction of a large-scale luxury hotel and residential development in the Cayman Islands, currently in the preparatory works phase. Reporting to the Project Management Team, you will be responsible for the development, monitoring, and optimization of the overall project schedule. You will play a key role in anticipating risks, identifying potential delays, and coordinating all project stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual deadlines. Key Responsibilities Develop, update, and manage the project's master schedule. Define construction sequences and critical paths in coordination with construction, methods, and subcontractor teams. Monitor actual site progress and analyze variances against the baseline schedule. Identify potential schedule slippages and propose corrective actions or recovery plans. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for the Project Management Team and the client. Participate in coordination meetings and challenge stakeholders on their schedule commitments. Assess schedule impacts resulting from design changes, variations, or site constraints. Contribute to the optimization of execution strategies and interfaces between trades.
