POSITION SUMMARY: Lead triage and resolution of infrastructure incidents, ensuring timely support and operational continuity across enterprise platforms. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to infrastructure engineers, driving best practices across servers, storage, networking, cloud, and platform services. Architect, implement, and govern scalable hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions, including automation and platform standardization. Establish and enforce infrastructure architecture standards, policies, and design principles, conducting reviews to ensure alignment and compliance. Monitor, optimize, and proactively improve complex, mission-critical infrastructure through observability, alerting, capacity planning, and emerging technology adoption. Partner with architects, business stakeholders, and vendors to evaluate technology solutions, support M&A due diligence, and deliver infrastructure capabilities that meet strategic business ob
