Your Sequoia Opportunity: As a Platform Success Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our platform users and internal teams. You’ll be the go-to resource for troubleshooting, onboarding administrators, and processing updates, ensuring that every interaction is smooth and efficient. You’ll help drive operational excellence and contribute to a positive, solutions-oriented culture. What You Get To Do: - Manage and process Administrator Forms efficiently and accurately. - Coordinate rehire processes, ensuring seamless transitions for returning employees. - Reactivate employees returning from Leave of Absence (LOA) in a timely manner. - Provide easy troubleshooting support, including resolving login issues and other basic technical challenges. - Monitor and send handbook alerts to keep clients informed of important updates. - Handle direct deposit email communications, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. - Process start date changes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. - Manage daily case queues, ensuring items are triaged, assigned, and resolved within defined SLAs. · Support ad‑hoc operational and tactical needs as they arise.
