Project Manager – Digital Shared Services Project: Digital Shared Services Role: Project Manager Engagement: Full-Time, One Individual Resource Work Location: Remote within Canada only Organization: Shared Health / Digital Health, Manitoba Project Overview Digital Health, a Shared Health service, is responsible for facilitating the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the effective use of information and communication technology. The Digital Shared Services project focuses on delivering efficient and effective information management and communication technology processes across Manitoba's provincial health sector. The Project Manager will provide senior-level project leadership for complex digital health and technology initiatives, working closely with clinical and business stakeholders, internal delivery teams, vendors, and project governance bodies. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and reporting on projects that support digital transformation within a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and successful completion of complex information technology projects within a healthcare environment. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting. Provide regular project updates and recommendations to project steering committees, sponsors, senior management, and other governance bodies. Coordinate internal delivery resources, vendor partners, clinical teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to achieve project outcomes. Lead projects involving Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, cloud-based collaboration services, and related digital workplace technologies.
